Migrating to Australia

There are many ways that you can apply to come to Australia to visit, live and work. The challenge can be identifying the pathway that enable you and your family to make that move !

Immigration and Citizenship matters are subject to Australian Federal Law and managed in the first instance by the Department of Home Affairs. Their website is the place to start should you wish to do some initial research on moving to Australia.

So how can we help ?

We will work with you to advise and assist through the visa application process. We are able to act on your behalf and deal with the Department including preparation and lodgment of applications and any associated documentation, and responding to any additional queries that may arise as your application is processed.

We will keep you updated as your application is prepared and progresses. Once an  application reaches the Department, processing times once can vary greatly from days to even years. It is critical that you understand the status of your application at all times and how this may impact any current visa you hold, as well as things such as your right to work, to leave and return to Australia etc.

If your migration pathway does not have a realistic prospect of success we will advise you of that. Lodging applications that are likely to be unsuccessful is a waste of your time and money.

Departmental processing times are available at:  immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-processing-times/global-visa-processing-times
